PDM Group processes category 3 animal by-products from the meat and poultry industries to produce a range of chilled, frozen and dried pet food ingredients.

The company is one of the largest suppliers of pet food ingredients to the European pet food industry.

Raw materials are collected and processed under strict guidelines supervised by Government Veterinary Officers to ensure compliance with the Animal By-Products Regulations (2005) and European Regulation (EC) Number 1774/2002.

PDM Group operates two main pet food plants; Nottingham produces a range of dried poultry materials whilst Doncaster specialises in chilled and frozen products. Doncaster is also the site for two joint venture operations producing specialist materials (palatability enhancers and spray-dried plasma).

PDM Group's Doncaster plant is the most advanced chilled and frozen pet food ingredient preparation facility in Europe. The new factory uses the very latest state-of-the-art technologies and automated control systems to produce quality ingredients for the European pet food industry.
